il fy We have reviewed the Reactor Security Plan for the Baboock & Wilcox Lynchburg Research Center, submitted by letters dated June 3,1981 and July 9,1981, and have determined tt.at the plan meets the requir$nants of 10 CFR 73.67 -
Special fiuclear Material of Low and Moderate Strategic Significance.
Accordingly, we have amended license Nos. R-47 and CX-10 as follows:
The licensee shall follow the "Lynchburg Research Center Reactor Security Plan" submitted by letter dated June 3, 1981, as revised by letter dated July 9,1981.
Inasmuch as B&W is now dismantling the Lynchburg Pool Reactor (LPR), the Physical Security Plan for License R-47 will be terminated upon completion of the dismantling of the LPR and will pertain to License CX-10 only.
Any Physical Security Plan for the remains of the LPR will, in accordance with the dismantling plan, become part of SNM-778.
