CONTRACT N0. NRC-04-76-204 The subject contract expired on August 31, 1978.
Your final report for this expired contract has been received and accepted.
Before we may proceed with the official close-out of this contract and make the final payment of any funds remaining due you, certain additional requirements must be met. These concluding requirements are discussed below.
I have received your Appendix C Statement of Actual Costs dated March 9, 1979 which reflects support costs for the period August 1,1977 through August 31, 1978 of $40,654.31.
In response to your letter dated October 8,'19/9, post approval is granted for over-expenditure of 110 percent of FY-1978 contract support funds.
This approval does not increase the total support cciling.
Cumulative support costs for this contract from November 1, 1975 through August 31, 1978 are now $82,936.53.
The support ceiling under Article III(a) is $87,000.00.
The amount of free support is $4,063.47.
In order that our books will be in argreement, the free eupport 'alance of $4,063.47 must be deobligated.
If you agree with the o
above figures, including the deobligation amount, please sign in the space provided below and return two (2) signed copies of this letter to me.
A Property Certification form is enclosed.
Please complete the form and return it to me.
Pursuant to the Patents article in the General Provisions of your contract, please submit a written report to this office of any invention which may have resulted during the performance of this contract.
If there are no patents involved, please so indicate in a letter to this office.
J You should also submit a final voucher for any remaining funds due.
Final payment, however,, cannot be released until the amount payable to you has been determined and all remaini.ng contract requirements have been accomplished.
