Dear Mr. Lewis:
In Item 1 of my response to the referenced report, dated April 2, 1981, I stated that full compliance regarding five drums of solicified liquid waste would be complete by June 30, 1981. By letter dated April 28, 1981 to the Division of Safeguards, revisions to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan were proposed that vould resolve this issue.
I was informed on June 24, 1981 that action on the request has not been completed. A completion date of August 30, 1981 has bean suggested by the Division of Safeguards and I therefore request that the June 30, 1981 compliance date specified in my earlier letter be changed to August 30, 1981.
