This letter is in response to the Board's Ifemorandum and Order Regarding FEIA Report on York County Exercise dated October 21, 1981.
The Connonwealth had already contacted IRC Staff counsel prior to issuance of said Order concerning the possibility of stipulating the FDIA report into evidence.
Please be advised that the Conmanwealth has no objection to stipulating to the admission of both FEMA reports (Interim Findings dated September 18, 1981, and REP Exercise Observations dated Septcnber 11, 1981) without the necessity of supporting witnesses. While not making any requests, the Comaxraealth would like to avai~ itself of any opportunit.y for cross-examination or c u.er confrontation of witnesses, or for filing of Supplcmental Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Iza granted to any other party in this proceeding.
