Dear Adainistrative Judges:
On October 28, 1981, CFUR filed "CFUR's dotion for Continuance of Hearing Scheduled For Decenber 2,1981." On :iovember 2,1981, prior to receipt of CFUR's notion by Staff counsel, the liRC Staff filed "hRC Staff Answer to Applicants' and CASE's llotions to Postpone liearing," which responds to similar notions filed by Applicants and CASE.
The liRC Staff position regarding postponement of the hearing is as stated in the Staff's fiovember 2,1981 filing, and the Staff has no addi-tional views to express on the subject. Accordingly, the Staff does not intend to file an answer to CFUR's flotion. The Staff would note however that the Staff's statecent in its Answer (at page 4) that CFUR had not supported postponement of the hearing no longer applies.
