Comments on the Clinton Training and Qualifica-tion Plan Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 Illinois Power Company hereby submits five (5) copies of Revision 2 of the Security Force Qualification and Training Pro-gram for the Clinton Power Station.

Revision 2 is a reply to the referenced letter request for further revisions and additional information.

Responses to the specific comments are given in addition to instructions for the replacement pages provided for the program copies which were submitted on April 16, 1981.

The qualification and training program identifies detailed security measures for the physical protection of a nuclear power station and the information is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d)(1).
