This testioony is scheduled to be presented during the hearings now set for hovencer 16-20, 1981. Also scheduled to be presented during that week is the Staff testimony with regard to Baker Contention 1 (Financial Qualifications) and furtner Staff testinony regarding the ATWS issue. We expect Supplenent 4 to the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report to be published on Wednesday, novenber 4,1981.
The Staff has prepared a detailed update of its financial analysis of the Applicant, which will constitute Section 20 of the Suppleuent.
In view of that detailed analysis, the Staff does not intend to file additional testir.ony concerning this issue.
In addition, the current status of the Staff's review with regard to the ATuS issue will be detailed in Section 15 and Appendi-C to the Supplenent.

rir. Jia Peterson, who authcred Section 20 of the Supplement, will be the Staff's witness with respect to the financ161 qualifications iss'ae. With regara to ATWS, ilr. Wayne Hodges, who has previeusly testified, and Mr. Warren itinners will be available to coaplete cross-exanination on that issue. Copies of tne statements of professional qualifications of hessrs. Peterson and liinners are also enclosad.
The Staff will, of course, provide conplete copies of Supplement 4 to the SER as soon as they becoac available.
