l Your request was approved by HRC's letter dated September 17, 1981.
l In accordance witl fee Category 13 and Footnote 8 of Section 170.31 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject request, and the actual cost of the review is $38 (1 man-hour 0 $38/ man-hr).
We have, therefore, notified tha 3RC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
