During the course of the evidentiary hearing in this proceeding, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board announced its decision to grant Applicants' motion to summarily dispose of that portion of Contention 2 dealing with the health effects of chlorine.

Tr. 1834 (October 14, 1981).

In a filing dated October 24, 1981, Citizens Against Nuclear Dangers ("CAND") appeals the granting of this motion for summary disposition.

CAND's appeal should be dismissed.

As the Appeal Board has recently ruled, the Licensing Board's order granting summary dis-DSOT s
