y Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 This is in reply to your letter of October 15, 1981, to Mr. L. J. Koch on the subject of fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.22.
Enclosed is Illinois Power Company check #F41809, payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in the amount of
$1,200.00.
This is the fee payment as specified in your letter for NRC administrative or pro forma activity.
The payment is to cover our application of August 31, which requested exten-sion of the completion date in Construction Permit CPPR-137 and other modifications to the permit for the Clinton Power Station Unit 1.
