Ch General Atomic Co., by your order, has been're to suboft a Radiologi-cal Contingency Plan and an application for license amendnent to incorporate sach plan as approved, or alternatively an application to reduce our possess-ion limits. We herewith submit our Radiological Con *.ingency Plan.
Our current license is under timely renewal.
It has had a licenso condition requiring us to maintain and follow an approved Emergency Plan and inplenent-ing procedures in accordance with an annex to the license. This plan has been substantively revised to meet the current regulatory requirecents of 10CFR70.22(i). Appropriate statenents will be incorporated into the license renewal requiring that we be prepared to cope with energencies at our facil-ities.
