'f The Commission.has previously directed that the Decade be placed o'n the serviceflist fort all documents exchanged between it and the Licensee relating to Steam Generator Tube Dcgradation(Generic Task A-3) due to the growing importance of that issue to the citizens of, Wisconsin.
Subsequently, Reactor Vessel Materials Toughness has grown in importance at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant such as to warrent informing citizens of Wisconsin as to developments in this area.
