Dear Mr. Schwencer:

Attached is volume 9 of the LaSalle County Nuclear Station Equipment Qualification Post-Audit Documentation.

This submittal provides a current status report of equipment being SQRT qualified since our submittal in Reference (a).

This report closes out eighteen (18) items of equipment as being SQRT qualified.

The following items remain to be tested in the SQRT program for LaSalle County Station:

1. IiT Barton 7660 level switch - scheduled for October 26, 1581, testing.
2. Hammond-Dahl 2" globe valve with NAMCO limit switch -

January 1982 test.

G.E.

voltage preamplifier - lost enroute to test lab -

replacement being sought 4.

G.E. wide range flux monitor - undergoing modification at G. E. p 12.n t.

5. Indicator and trip unit - to be tested with Item 6 below.

6.

G.E. sensor and converter - lost enroute to test it replacement being sought.

7 G.E. contactor switch CR 205 - projected for November, 1981 testing, attempting to expedite.
