Dear Mr. Miller:
In regard to the November 3,1981 due date for the submittal of Emergency Plans and Procedures for the NSCR we respectfully request an extension date.
This request is based on the fact that the present NRC Cuide 2.6 does not meet Appendix E requirements and is not adequate to help us prepare the new plan.
We feel our present Emergency Plan and Procedures are adequate in the interim.
It is requested that the submittal date be extended to also provide sufficient time to complete the approval of ANS 15.16 standard on Emergency Plans and Procedures.
