A report on the operatin6 history, including length of time of each period or periods of operaticns, the interruptions and len6th of tir e thereof, and the pov :r level or power levels for each time period for the Indian Point No.1 and 2 facilities for the intervals from May 1 through July 31 for each of 1973 and 1974.

A projection for the same time periods in request No.1 of the proposed operations for the Indhn Point Nos.1, 2, and '
3 facilities for 1975 through 1980.
3 Copies of all of the Villege of Euchanan zoning or building l
pemits and/or similar license perm'its issued for the l
Indian Point No. 1, Indicn Point No. 2, and Indian Point I
No. 3 facilities.
