A list of attendees is attached.

The meeting centered around the various issues associated with the Cycle 6 reload subnittal for Calvert cliffs Unit 1.

The following were the signi-t ficant areas of discussion.

SCU/CETOP Accident Analysis BGLE presented two options for URC review of Cycle G for Calvert Cliffs 1.

These options are describcJ in the attached Table. Option 1 involve-the review of selective material on Cycle G which was previously submitted in support of Cycle 5 operation (Phase I). This material vould be supplenented by an additional Cyc;e C submittal to be made by February 15, 1932 (Phase II). Option 2 would involve a single Cycle G submittal to be dssued by February 15, 1982.

The NRC requested BGLE to pursue Option I with a Phase I submittal within 2 weeks. BG&C was further requested to provide a complete Phase I submittal rather than a reference of applicable pages from previous submittals. The Phase II submittal would also include the material submitted xder Phase I.

Environnental Report Suoplement The NRC staff expressed concern regarding the submittal 01 additional

- information in support of the Calvert Cliffs Environmental Report Supplement.

BGLE agreed to a telephone conference among NRC, BG&E and Combustion Engineeri g in order to obtain tl'c required information to allow the en enviror.nental review to continue.

Q Mhh4 h h Extended Burn-up Report PDR p

SULE indicatdd that, in Marcn Imrt a report would be submitted that would address extended ourn-up fuei cycles. This report,,while not requited for review of Cycle 6, would be applicabla to Cycla 6 and would be referenced in future reload submittals.
