Thank you for your letter dated October 2, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated September 8, 1981.
This letter also refers to the telephone conversation between Cindi Zigovits, R.T., of your staff and Mr. William P. Reichhold of this office on October 9, 1981, concerning your corrective actions.
It is our understanding that your corrective actions will include a periodic review of the daily G-M survey results to ensure continued compliance.
If our understanding of your cor-rective actions is incorrect, please contact Wi]'_ima P. Reichhold or Donald Sreniawski of this office at 312-932-250's.
We will examine these matters during a future inspection.
