Reference (a) transmitted three (3) copies of our Summary Report entitled " Static, Dynamic and Relaxation Testing of Expansion Anchors in response to NRC I.E.Bulletin 79-02" dated July 20, 1981, for your use.
Please be advised that corrections are required in Table 2.3 of that report.
These corrections consist of revised headings for the two columns providing information on anchor slip in inches.
Therefore, we are enclosing three (3) copies of the revised Table 2.3 as page changes to our previously transmitted Summary Report for your use.
