This letter constitutes a supplement to our September 14, 1981 response to the subject inspection report.
It is our opinion that nothing in this letter is of a pro-prietary nature.
Item E of the inspection report identified two inspection reports, 50-358/80-16 and 50-358/80-25, regarding review and revision of CG&E and HJK procedures.
This item is being addressed as part'of CG&E activities in response to your Immediate Action Letter, dated April 8, 1981.
Our original response indicated that the revision of the HJK QA Manual would be completed by September 30, 1981, however, due to delays in the revision / review process, we must change the anticipated revision completion date to October 31, 1981.
The completion date of January 30, 1982, for the Phase II review and revision ofl procedures as a result of the Immediate Action Letter will remain as previously committed.
