In our Notice of Violation dated July 27, 1981, you were informed in Appendix A of the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201 which required you to submit to this office within 30 days of the date of the notice, a written response to the Notice of Violation.
In the future we will expect you to respond to cur Notices of Violation in a more timely manner. Failure to comply with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201 in the future shall result in citation. Your corrective actions will be verified during our next inspection.
Our offices have moved recently. We call your attention to our new mailing address on the letterhead above.
