Thank you for your letters dated August 21 and September 29, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your atcention in our letter dated July 27, 1981.
This letter also refers to the telephone conversation between Mrs. Nancy Case, R.T., of your staff and Mr. William P. Reichhold of this office on October 7, 1981, concerning your corrective actions.
It is our understanding that your modified record system for waste and disposal will be implemented at the time of the next waste disposal. Your consultant will periodically review your records to ensure continued compliance.
If our understanding of the above is incorrect, please contact Mr. William P. Reichhold or me at (312) 932-2500.
We will examine these matters during a future inspection.
