Mr. Williams was a security guard at TMI, 9

by Gregg Security from January until July of 1979.
f During part of that time he was suspended aecause of the pendency of a criminal charge, which was then dropped.
Af ter the dismissal of that charge Mr. Williams was invited back but declined because he had found a better job elsewhere.

Mr. Williams prefers not to disclose his current I
!E employer to mitigate any Licensee efforts to retaliate against him.
His current employment is not relevant to h
the matter before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board.

Because of an illness, Mr. Williams took the Radiation Work Permit test with catalytic converter personnel instead of security personnel.
Ahproctor handed out the test, then lef t the room.
To answer the questions on the test, the catalytic converter personnel teok from their pockets crib sheets printed on Metro-politan Edison letterhead.
Af ter the test was comple'ee they returned these crib sheets to their foreman.
