NRC STAFF REPLY TO O'NEILL MOTION TO ADMIT INTERROGATORIES AND CONTENTTONS On October 6,1981, the Staff received a filing froa Intervenor John O'Neill entitled " Motion to Admit Interrogatories and Contentions" (October 1,1981).
In that filing Intervenor O'Neill requested the Board to act favorably on the motion of Intervenors Christa-Maria, et al., dated September 11, 1981 to require the Staff to answer Christa-Maria's August 9,1981 interrogatories.
Intervenor O'Neill's tiling appears to the Staff to be essentially a response in support of the Christa-Maria motion.
It raises no issues not already treated in the Staff's response dated October 1,1981.
For this reason, the Staff believes it is unnecessary to address the merits of Intervenor O'Neill's filing.
Noneineless, if this Board decides to consioer that filing as a motion separate from Christa-Maria's mo. ion, the Staff's position on the merits of Intervenor DESIGnTFa DRIUQ i
