As discussed in the last interim report, Bailey Controls has initiated field changes to bring the '11dland ECCAS drawings and hardware into agreement.
Field Change Authorizations (FCA) 12-89 and 13-81 which were submitted by Babcock & Wilcox have now been implemented by Bailey Controls Service Engineers and Bechtel Electricians. The FCA 's will be verified for compliance by the Midland project Quality Assurance Department to the corrective action required by NCR M-03-1-0-073 (dated November 19, 1980) on the ECCAS wiring errors. A 100% continuity check was performed by the Bailey Controls representative.
Consumers Power Company Quality Assurance will close NCR M-03-1-0-073 after verifying implementation. This it anticipated to be complete by Novceber 6, 1981 at which time the cabinets will be in compliance with tneir requi cments.
