Dear Members of the Board:

Pursuant to the Board's suggestion (Tr. 18602), the Arclicant and Staff have conferred and herein submit an Order of Witness Presentation for the November 16-20 eviden-tiary bearings.

As previously indicated, if issues are tried more quickly in the October 26-30 hearings than are scheduled, Applicant intends, with the Board's permission, to move into the October 26 hearing week some of its witnesses from the November 16-20 hearing schedule.

The Staff will fi]e its testimony on all of the issues scheduled for November 16-20'on or before October 30, 1981.

Applicant will file its testimony on Doherty contention 21 by the same date.

If the Board has any problems with the schedule, we would appreciate being so advised in order that-h p i
