In its Memorandum and Order dated September 9, 1981, the Licensing Board required that all parties prepare bi-monthly progress reports on discovery activities, commencing j
on October 15, 1981.
Applicants hereby report that they have I
filed this day their first set of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents to each of the intervenors Sunflower i
- Alliance, Inc. et_ al., the Ohio Citi:: ens for Responsible Energy and Tod J.
Kenney.
Applicants seek, through these interrogatories and document requests, specific information related to each of the seven issues identified by this Board in its Special Prehearing Conference Memorandum and Order dated July 20, 1981 i
("SPC Order") and in its September 9 Memorandum and Order.
Applicants have construed these issues pursuant to those Orders j
and have assumed that the issues are limited by the intervenors' fO h
