The Authority has completed it's review of the James A.
FitzPatrick radiological emergency plans and implementing pro-cedures in response to the reference 1.etter.
As the result of this review, the Authority requests that the items listed in the attachment to this letter be deleted before they are placed in the Comission's Washington, D. C. or local Public Document Room.
The Authority recommends that the appropriate state agencies be consulted before the New York State Emerp ncy Plan is made public.
