Security Plan Revision #6
Dear Mr. Miller:
This letter is to transmit Attachments 1 and 2 containing. Revision No. 6 to the Fort St. Vrain approved Security Plan. The attachments are required in that Public Service Company of Colorado has procured Ruger Mini 14 semi-automatic rifles and will no longer use the M1A as originally submitted.
Since-this revision will not adversely degrade the effectiveness of the approved plan, it is being submitted pursuant to the direction of 10CFR50.54(p).
We believe that this submittal is exempt from the requirement for an associated fee.
