Subject:

Interagency. Agreement No. NRC-10-82-361 Pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, the Nuclear Regulatory Cortc.ission (NRC) and the General Services Administration -(GSA) desire to enter into an agreement whereby GSA will provide services as Board of Contract Appeals to settie disputes arising'under. contracts issued by the NRC.

Statement of Work It is agreed that effective upon the execution of this document, the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals hereby is designated as a cognizant Board to decide disputes referred'to it by the-

, Nuclear Regulatory Com.ission relative to contracts entered into by the Nuclear Regulatory Comission pursuant to either the contract's Disputes clause or as is ' cognizable under the provisions of the Contact Disputes.

Act of 1978, 41 U.S.C. 601 et sec.

It is further agreed that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will reimburse the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals for costs incurred'for court reporting services and/or travel when such is required in a particular Nuclear Regulatory Comission cate~before the Board.

Upon ycur agreement as provided below, the terms an'd conditions'of this interagency agreement are as follows:

period of performance The period of performance hereunder shall be from October 8, 1981 throuch 0ctcber 31, 1984.

Obligatien of Funds Funding for this project is chargea'cle to B&R Number 44-20-25-902 and Appropriation Symbol 31X0200.402.

Method of Payment i

Payment shall be on a reimburseable, as required, basis with each dispute to be handled as a separate funded task order.
