$2.740(f), Applicant moved for an order compelling Joint Intervenors to give complete, responsive answers to certain interrogatories set forth in Applicant's Second Set of Interrogataries which had been filed on June 10, 1981. After reviewing Applicant's Second Set of Interrogatories, and after reviewing Joint Intervenors' Answers which had been filed on September 1,1981, we conclude that the Joint Intervenors have failed to provide complete and responsive answers to interrogatories 8/9-7,8/9-8, 8/9-9,8/9-10(b)-(d),8/9-12,8/9-13,8/9-14,and8/9-15(b)-(d).
