Dear Mr. Engelken:
In regards to subject bulletin, no W-EMD gate valves are used in the PVNGS design and therefore no valves other than those reported by the reference letter in response to IE Bulletin 81-02 have been identified.
Approximately 25 man-hours were expended in review and preparation of our response to this bulletin supplement.
This completes our actions to be taken by construction permic holders (items 1 and 2 of the subject bulletin) and no further action is required.
