%5 5y This letter is in response to a telephone request made by Franklin Research Center on August 19, 1981.
Franklin requested the following information relating to Rancho Seco:
1)
Identify all TMI-II-Action Plan equipment that was installed prior to January 1,1981 and referenced in the District's79-018 response.
- 2) Provide a correlation to Sections II.E.1.2, II.E.4.2, II.E.3.1, II.G.1, II.F.2, II.D.3, II.B,3, II.E.4tl, and II.K.2.10 of NUREG-0737 and items identified in 1) above.
- 3) Provide test reports for equipment identified in 1) above.
- 4) Provide references 2 thru 8 listed in the District's79-01B submittal on page 3.5 of Section 3.

Time for Electrical Equipment Following an Accident."
The District review of these requests by Franklin Research Center has concluded the only electrical equipment installed by January 1,1981, I
referenced in the 79-018 submittal, are the power operated relief valve position (flow) indicators. These items are required per Section II.D.3 of NUREG-0737. The remaining sections either do not contain electrical equipment exposed to harsh environments or have implementation dates beyond January 1, 1982. The District has test reports on file at a
