Y Based on the conduct of counsel for Commonwealth Edison, which conduct is set forth in the Verified opposition of the RocNford League of Women Voters to Commonwealth Edison's Motion for Sanctions filed contemporaneously and which is herein incorporated by reference, the League herewith moves for.aanctions and attorneys' fees against Commonwealth Edison on the grounds that the Board ordered Commonwealth Edison to encage in good faith negotiations concerning discovery herein and rather than do that Commonwealth Edison had meetings, entered into agreements, and then breached them.
WHEREFORE, for the above reasons the League seeks costs, attorneys' fees and sanctions against Commonwealth Edison and its attorneys.
