Revisions to the plan made pursuant to Part 50.54(p) were submitted by my letter to you dated March 9, 1981. The enclosed plan changes are revised from those submitted by the March 9, 1981 letter in response to your staff's concerns forwarded by letter from T. A. Ippolito to H. G. Parris dated May 19, 1981.
