Subject:

PERSONNEL INJURY The licensee reported that one individual fell approximately 10 feet from errected The scaffolding in the Unit 1 Neutralization Tank area of the Auxiliary Building.

individual appeared to have suffered an injury requiring transport to an offsite medical facility for treatment.

Licensee health physics The licensee personnel accompanied the individual to the offsite medical facility.
