Because the certificate references consist of an application and many supplements, we request that you submit a consolidated application, with drawings, incorporating all previous submittals. The consolidated application nead not include your QA program but should continue to include quality contml requirements and operating procedures.
The consolidated application (8 copies) should be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the certificate. In addition, the renewal fee prescribed in 10 CFR 3170.31 should be included with your request.
