m The license renewal application which is due by October 1,1981,is in prPparation but will not be completed in time to make the due date. The renewal application will alter possession limits and activities such that the license category will be shif ted from IG to 13. It is anticipated that the renewal application will be in your possession within the next 30 days. It is our understanding that this constitutes an administrative amendment and therefore requires a fee of $150.00. A check for this amount is enclosed.
