Dear Mr. Keppler:
In July 1979, Public Service Company of indiana, Inc. (PSI) first responded to the subject Bulletin.
In that response PSI committed to participate in a comprehensive static and dynamic testing program for concrete expansion anchors under the direction of an Independent Testing Laboratory and report the results to the NRC. The program has been completed and PSI hereby forwarc's the NRC a copy of the summary report, " Static, Dynamic and Relaxation Testing of Expansion Anchors in Response to NRC I. E.Bulletin 79-02."
