The attached information is submitted in response to Inspection Report 81-19 concerning the special security inspection of Plant Hatch activities conducted by Mr.
A.
O. Hill of your office on July 13 through July 17, 1981. One apparent violation was identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 (d) of the tEC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, activities involving security measures are exempt from public disclosure.
We, safeguards and therefore, request that the attachment to this letter not be placed in the Public Document P mm J. T. Beckham, Jr. states that he is Vice President of Georgia Power Company and is authorized to execute this oath on behalf of Georgia Power Company, and that to the best of his knowledge and belief the facts set forth in this letter are true.
