Enclosed is a change to the BVPS Unit 1 Emergency Preparedness Plan, Procedure EPP/IP-7.1 section titled " Emergency Equipment Checklist and Maintenance Procedure", Control Copy No. 6 for your files. Please replace your copy of Procedure EPP/IP-7.1 with the attached section.
In order to maintain current records, we require form APPENDIX-X (Records Transmittal For Controlled Copies of EPP) be signed by the recipient of the Controlled Copy, and retucn of the signed transmittal form to BVPS Unit I at the following address:
