Earlier this afternoon the undersigned, on behalf of Florida Power & Light Company, had hand delivered to your Honors a Motion to Lodge a copy of an October 13, 1981 decision of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Florida Cities v. Florida Power & Light Co.,
Case No. 79-5101-Civ.-JLK.
The hand-delivered copies of that Motion were inadvertently submitted without the annexed copy of the District Court's decision.
A copy of that deci-sion is supplied herewith and should be physically attachea to the Motion to Lodge.
