It is requested that Mr. L. E. Doane be examined for a Senior Reactor Operator License on the dates specified in the cover letter.
I hereby certify that, in my opinion, Mr. Doane will have the necessary qualifications for a Senior Reactor Operator License at the date of the examination.

application and the description of this training program submitted to you

Mr. Doane has participated in more than ten startup and shutdowns and reactivity manipulations since receiving his Reactor Operator License for this facility. He has demonstrated his ability as an operator both in performance of his duties and his extensive participation in the Training Program, including a simulator program at the G. E. BWR (Dresden) Simulator in Morris, Illinois.
Mr. Doane has a need for the Senior Reactor Operator License during the normal performance of his duties at this facility.
