Dear Mr. Denton:
During the meeting with members of your staff on June 18, 1981. Puget Sound Power a Light Company confirmed its intent to amend the Skagit Nuclear Power Project PSAR and ER by Decemoer 31, 1981, to reflect moving the Skagit Project to the llanford Reservation and indicated we were investigating the feasibility of earlier submittals to expedite the NRC licensing review. We were requested by your staff to identify specific material to be submitted prior to December 31, 1981 and provide a submittal schedule.
After reviewing the matter we have determined that the alternative site review material can be submitted prior to December 31, 1981. Our current schedule for the submittal on alternative site.= addressing the requirements of Section 9.2.1 and 9.2.2 of Regulatory Guide 4.2, Rev. 2, is October 30, 1981.
