i A. DESCI'FT808 Of AMlNDMENI/ *ODiflCAIBON Pursuant to Section 4 - General Provisions, Clause 70 entitled " Limitation of Funds," this modification is issued to apply an additional increment of funds in the amount of
$450,000.00.
Accordingly, the following changes are made:
A.
Article III, Ceiling Price and Availability of Funds is superseded in its entirety by the following:
" Article III - Ceilino Price and Availability of Funds A.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for the full performance of this contract during the period of performance will not exceed $28,621,651.00 which is established as the ceiling price.
B.
The total funds currently obligated and available for payment under this contract is $27,745,100.00.
It is estimated that the amount currently obligated will cover the period of performance from the effective date of the contract through December 31, 1981 The NRC reserves the right to unilaterally iiicrease the funds available up to the amount of the aforesaid ceiling price.
