Dear Administrative Judges:
On October 5, 1981, we filed on behalf of Licensee "
a Motion for Summary Disposition.
As we were wrapping the packages for mailing that evening we noticed that the date on the private postage meter had already been set ahead to October 6, 1981.
Despite the date on the postage mark, the Licensee's Motion was in fact filed in a timely fashion on the evening of October 5, 1981.
