Attacned is a copy of the interrcgateries and document requests which you submitted to the HRC Staff on October 2, 1961. The modifications which the Staff proposed and which you accepted are included.

As we notea at the conference in Harrisburg, handwritten notes are exempt froa disclosure under 10 CFR 92.790. Tne Staff agreed, nowever, to examine any handwritten notes for relevancy and to advise the parties of its position as to disclosure. Based on preliainary discussions with the technical Staff, disclosure of relevant handwritten notes which you requested does not appear to present any difficulties at this time.

1.

Any records of suspected chsating or actual cheating observed or suspected in any licensing, training or requalification examinations administered by NRC or Licensee to TMI operators or candidates.

2.

NRC Staff review of Consultant Trunk's reviews of Licensee testing, including A'i f. PQS audits (including Category T).

3.

Inc NRC licensing examinations April,1981 for all 36 candidates.

4.

Grading, including notes, for all examinations and the identification of the grader (s).

5.

Identity of NRC consultant who discovered cheating.

6.

The complete report and other commurocations of this NRC consultant related to cheating.

,Re Issue 2:

1.

Pre-investigation (of cheating on licensing examination) agreements between Licensee and NRC relative to NRC investigation of any cheating or suspected cheating.

2.

Role Licensee played in the choice of 11 candidates interviewed in NRC investigation and bases for NRC choice of the 11.

3.

All letters, records, including telephone calls for which there are records and identity of participants, notes, between NRC and Licensee relative ts iiRC investigation.
