V' Enclosed, please find a revised Organization Plan for the management o TMI-2 Recovery Operations. This change is being requested concurrent with Technical Specification Change Request 31.
TSCR 31 requests amend-ment of DPR-73 to replace Met Ed (GPU Nuclear Group) with GPU Nuclear Corporation as the licensed operator of the TMI-2 Nuclear Power Plant.
TSCR 31 also requests title changes for certain individuals within Licensee's organization.
The purpose of this organization plan change request is to align the Organization Plan to the changed titles occasioned by the shift to GPUNC.
No change in reporting structure or qualifications of individuals is being requested.
A safety evaluation for TSCR 31 is contained within LL2-81-0202 and is applicable to this Organization Plan change request. The Implementation Period for this change will be established after GPUNC and the owners have obtained the related approvals from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities described in 'tSCR 31, and NRC approval of TSCR 31 and ',
Organization Plan.
Your review and approval is requested in accordance with Organization Plan-TM1-2, Section 2.1.2.

ORGANIZATION PLAN - TMI-2 1.0 Organization The organization described in this Plan provides the necessary functional relationships to support the recovery of TMI-2.
This Plan provides the organizational structure for management of unit operation and recovery in addition to that organization for unit support in the functions of engineering and aaninistration.
1.1 GPU Nuclear Corporation The GPU Huclear Corporation organization chart is shown in Figure 1.1.
This organization provices engineering, management, and administrative support for the operation and recovery of TMI-2.
1.2 TMI-2 Organization The TMI-2 organization chart is shown in Figure 1.2.
This organization l
performs those necessary activities associated with operations, maintenance, and recovery of TMI-2 in adcition to engineering and administrative support.
2.0 Aoministration 2.1 Plan Approval and Audit 2.1.1 The TMI-2 Organization Plan ano changes thereto shall be approved by the Office of the President, GPU Nuclear Corporation.
2.1.2 Changes to the Organization Plan shall be submitted to the NRC for approval prior to implementation.
2.1.3 The CA Department shall conduct normal annual aucits to verify conformance of the organization with the Plan.
2.2 Technical Specification Title Cross-Reference This section has been deleted.
The TMI-2 Recovery Technical Specifications have been revised to properly reflect GPUNC individual titles.
