Supplemental Report #7 Dated January 31, 1981 - same subject Gentlemen:

The reference report indicated that change-out to the improved barrel and plunger material would be accomplished prior to shipment of the two units.

This change-out has now been accomplished and the timing adjustment has also been completed.

This completes the corrective action on all units indicated as being suspect in our original September 22, 1978 report.

A copy of this report is being forwarded to the utility involved via the A/E.
