Generic Letter No. 81-26 (Licensing Requirements for Pending Construction Permit and Manufacturing License Applications)
Generic Letter No. 81-cA, uated July 14, 1981, transmitted licensing requirements for pending Construction Permit and Manufacturing License applications. PGE was requested to provide complete responses to all items discussed in proposed Paragraph (e) to 10 CFR 5G.34, provided in of Generic Letter No. 81-26, in order to enable your staff to complete its reviews of pending Construction Permit applications and publish Safety Evaluation Reports regarding the TMl-related actions.
Please be advised that PGE intends to submit an amendment to the Pebble Springs Preliminary Safety Analysis Report by January 1982 fully addressing all items discussed in the enclosures to Generic Letter No. 81-26 We request that a schedule be mutually estab-lished for reviewing this amendment to assure a supplement to the Pebble Springs Safety Evaluation Report will be promulgated in a reasonably timely manner.
