Haddam Neck Plant High Energy Pipe Break (EEPB) Outside Containment

  • In Reference (1), Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company informed the NRC Staff of its intent to revise and resubmit the Connecticut Yankee report on the above-captioned subject based on reinvestigation of other possible This evaluation concluded that a system of barriers, restraints solutions.

In addition, in order to enable us to proceed on a schedule consistent with complete installation of these modifications by the end of the upcoming refueling outage, we again respectfully request for an expedited review by the NRC Staff. To this end, we are prepared to provide any additional information and/or to respond to Staff requests.
